In 2023, these two electric motors arrived at our shop for repair—just another job, or so we thought. Under layers of time, we uncovered something remarkable: a sticker from my father’s company, T.E.A.M. Service, which closed in 2002. Over 20 years ago, his hands worked on these very motors, and now, here they were in my shop. This moment wasn’t just about repairing equipment—it was about carrying forward a family legacy of craftsmanship, dedication, and expertise.
